Our software tools for design and preflight production
MEEKSGROUP uses the latest Adobe Creative Suite software for design and file production for most of the final files used on our equipment. We use PDF, EPS, and AI file formats for output.
All print work we receive and produced goes through a quality control preflight process to ensure artwork, illustrations, photos, and fonts are included. We check that colors match and specifications for print sizes are correct.
If files are correct all electronic files then go through a preflight process to confirm proper formatting for the appropriate press. When preflight is completed proofs are made and emailed for your approval.
Quality printing begins with quality design and production
If you create your files or we create your files, your final inspection and approval will be required before we start printing.
Most of the work we print requires a portable document file known as a PDF. Correctly created PDF files save you time and money. We would be happy to guide you in this process if you need help. The packaging of Indesign and Illustrator documents is the safest way to submit your work. Our design services are priced by the hour and vary based on each project.
